My passenger side DRL doesn't run on the correct brightness but the driver side does. The passenger side stays at the brightness when you turn the headlights on. I'm not sure on what the issue is.

 

You might want to test with a known working DRL if you can "borrow" one from someone to test. I believe there isn't a fuse for just the DRLs but it's combined with other things to the 100A P/I-B fuse. It sounds like the DRL board went bad.
