Default Need to find missing bolt in image attached

Hello, i hit some sort of pothole and now under my car on the right side there is a missing screw, its located by the rear right side tire and i have attached pictures of it. Its under the car and holds one of the black protective panels up that are under the car. attached pictures of the screw that's missing, along with the screw that the opposite side has, which is the same one i need and also a pic of the panel it was attached to. Any help would be great🙏🏻

Looks like you’re just missing a plastic nut that’s used on a threaded post.
I’d take the remaining nut off, take it to an auto parts store, and get another that matches. Most stores have racks of various size clips and retainers, should have these plastic nuts too, since they’ve been in use many years and people easily lose them.
