Turbo intermittent jump/jerk when AC on

Turbo intermittent jump/jerk when AC on
I have a lexus IS200T 2017 with 70K miles. Today at the stop light, the engine started to jump/ I switched the dashboard to see the turbo gauge and indeed, jumping intermittently. I decided to turn off the AC off, and it disappeared. Then I got home, and tested couple of things,
AC On on the following, P and N and no sudden jumpAC on on the following D, M, and R leads to sudden jump while idle, and small kick of acceleration intermittently
AC off - everything is fine.
Any idea what is going?
