Default Help with center console button removal

Hi guys, so I previously wrapped the 2 pieces of the center console on my 2020 IS 350 F-Sport but wasn’t completely satisfied as I couldn’t figure out how to take all of the parts off so there were some wrinkles and bubbles.

I really want to try to do it again and wanted to ask you guys for help, especially those who have done this before.

Can someone please tell me how to remove the seat cooling/heater area from the center console and also the drive mode button (eco, normal, sport/+), and snow traction buttons.

For reference, here is my center console and pointing out which pieces I’m referring to.

Here's a video on how to remove all the center console pieces. It's not too difficult at all.

Thanks but as I mentioned in my post, I’ve already removed everything and even wrapped my console but wasn’t happy how it turned out because I couldn’t take off the cooling/heated seat button portion, round drive mode button and the snow, traction buttons. I just need to know how to remove those specific buttons. I already know how to remove the actual console.

Once you fully remove the console, the heated seat and steering wheel button assembly is held together with screws and clips from the back side. Undo all those and you’ll gain access to the button.

Honestly, it’s weird because I saw those screws and had removed them but nothing budged. I couldn’t pull anything out. Would you happen to have any pics? Maybe I was removing the wrong screws but not sure how that would be possible.

As far as the drive mode button, I saw some people on here saying the actual round dial is removed from the top and there are screws inside but I can not pop that thing off.

Does anyone know how I can take off those buttons and the drive mode dial?
