Yeah, it'll fit but just go on willtheyfit.com and type in the stock specs and make sure the diameter matches with the 235/40/19. Are you AWD / RWD?
For reference, I went 19x9 +30 235/35/19 and my diameter is a bit larger so just based off the fact your rim is thinner and a bigger sidewall, I'd say you're pushing the boundaries and could cause the AWD malfunction (light will come up on dash). 255/30/19 on my wheels = diameter of stock but that's quite a thin tire. Hope that makes sense
