Exclamation 2014 IS350 DRL not working right

So i ran into a problem where just my tail light fuse keeps blowing. so i disconnected all the rear tail lights and license plate lights and threw a fuse in to see what hppens and still blows the fuse upon turning just the light switch for the drl. some times it blows sometimes it doesnt blow and the lights work right up until you start the car. im not entirely sure if its a ground wire fault or if its the ecu that controls it. also anyone knows where the ecu is located? ive owned the car for a year and this is the first problem i ran into, if anyone can shoot some ideas that will be appreciated

DRL is controlled by a "Computer", this sits inside the fuse box which is near the engine.

Problem was solved, ecu is fine
Problem originated from a short to ground fault on the front end of the cars wiring harness
