Hi all. New 2022 IS300 here with NAV. I have read the manuals and messed with various settings, but one setting eludes me. In my other cars I could set the navigation to take what I refer to as more highway-based routes, as opposed to what it does now which is take me off highways to take back roads. In old car you could do settings like shortest routes, or fastest, or more direct. I have adjusted the toll and restricted highways settings to allow me to use those but even on I-95 near DC area, it wants to take me off the highway when the most obvious route is to stay on 95. So then when I "miss" the exit it wants me to take, it recalculates and keeps going that way (the way it wants me to go) instead of figuring out I am staying on the highway. Is there some hidden setting I should adjust? I have dynamic navigation enabled since it's free for 3 years.
