2016 Lexus IS350 Navigation/Screen went black
Quite the sad story! Came back from vacation and was excited to go clean my car. My navigation was working fine but when I was coming back, it went black. I tried a few things (1- fuse for RADIO, 2- removing the battery then going into accessory mode and pressing PWR) but no lock. It seems like the screen is attempting something when I press the Eject button, I see a white bar. It's been a week now so trying to see what I should do next?

How old is the battery in the car?
How long was it parked during vacation?
Does it show the backup camera image when you put it in reverse? (assuming you have a factory backup camera)

It was parked for 1 month then my dad boosted it when I was not home. The screen was functional on my drive to the car wash then turned off when I was coming back. I changed the battery a few days ago hoping it would but it didn't. Backup camera image works fine.
At a guess it sounds like an issue with the radio.
I would suggest disconnecting the battery again for 30 minutes.
During the 30 minutes remove the Micro SD card from the slot in front the shifter.
After 30 minutes reconnect the battery and start the car.
Once the infotainment systems fully boots up (hopefully you get some booting animation), then insert the card back into the slot.
It's a super long shot, and likely won't fix it, but at this point it won't hurt to try.
If it's the same after still, then you're looking at replacing the radio.
