Angry DRL problem

Hi there,

I have a ‘14 IS350 F Sport with 45k miles. I recently noticed that the DRLs never turn on unless I switch it to the ON position.

The DRLs are supposed to be on all the time. Not sure what has happened for them not turn on at all unless manually switching them on.

I’ve always had the switch on AUTO. When the headlights are on, the DRLs are still off.

Emergency brake is not engaged.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Welcome to the forum!

Just to confirm from the pic below, your DRL's should be on in position 1, 2, and 3(when the vehicle determines it's dark enough).
In position 4, all lights are off.
From what you're saying, the DRL's are not coming on in position 2? What about position 1 and 3?
