How many offset you can go on new 2021 Lexus is350 ?
I meant offset wheels .

It's a good question...unfortunately missing several key pieces of information to answer.

Are you looking to put spacers on the stock wheels?
Are you planning to get aftermarket wheels? If yes, then what height and width are you looking at? (this will help determine the offset to get)

Yeah, I am looking for the offset wheels but I am not sure how many U can go with the stock suspension?

Without knowing what wheels you want to get it's hard to say what offset to get. The width of the rim and offset need to go together.
I could say +35 offset, but it means nothing cause the rim could be 8.5, 9, 9.5, or 10 inches wide, in which case some would fit the car and some wouldn't.
Pick a rim you like first as a starting point.
