Default Navigation Map Configuration

My wife just bought a new 300 !S 2021. Fantastic so far though miss the memory button seats and the automatic telescopic steering wheel. They say not used for 2021 model. The map by default shows a different picture than what we are use to. Past maps were going north and more colorful. New map says on top left 3D. Could I change to any other option to have the traditional maps that car shows even when not using the navigation to a set place. Most appreciative.

Select the compass icon than now shows (Heading Up) 3D and press down.
This will cycle to North Up and then to Heading Up 2D.
3D looks cool when driving nowhere, Heading Up 2D is easiest to use to
actually go somewhere and North Up makes sense when zoomed all the way out.

Have you discovered the Map View will Zoom just as you would Zoom a photo
on your smart phone. Place your fingers together on the pad and spread or pinch...

^^^ Refer to page 81 in the Navigation and Multimedia manual for what the symbols look like in relation to North-Up, Heading-Up. and 3D Heading-Up...so you can differentiate which one you're selecting.
