I would think that with just using the wiring you could get it to work. The Navi looks for speed and a Park signal (I think these are the only two signals) ..so with a wiring mod to simulate the car in Park and not moving (no speed), the video in motion should work.
That is it. Ground the parking brake signal wire for the Nav and move 2 wires for the speed signal. I did it on my 2IS thinking no worries, the kid will enjoy it. I found it pretty distracting and annoying though so I never looked into the 3IS. Better for me to just give the kid the ipad and earbuds and let me just drive and listen to my music.
I'm wondering the same. I just got the 2023 version of RX 350, and it came with ambient lights in the interior. But since mine is a Premium version, it did not come with multi-color option for the ambient lights. So I ordered a Carly OBD2, hoping I can unlock that multi-color feature.

Does Carly even support a 2023 RX? I don't see it on their website. It says the 4RX is supported (2016 - "now"), but nothing on 5RX.
Tbh, I'm not quit sure about it. I'm still waiting for my OBD to arrive. I'll keep you pose it. And like I said, I hope it does, and can actually unlock the multi-color ambient light feature.
