New to this site and to forums in general, so sorry if I posted this incorrectly, but I was wondering if anybody makes a ducktail/v spoiler similar to the ones on BMW Ms. There are a few on eBay, but they only cover the straight edge of the deck lid.
I don't think so. I was looking for an F80 style spoiler for the IS about a year ago but never found one. Closest thing I know of is the TRD trunk spoiler. But it's mostly flat and still a bit bigger than I wanted, so I just stuck with the factory IS spoiler.
You could always try to add something like that as a subtle gurney flap on the stock spoiler.

That’s not a bad look, though the price is a little steep.
Fair warning though: if you get it you’ll have to have the OEM mounting holes welded, deck lid partially repainted, and urethane to mount the new wing.
