Default strange noise from engine when shift to N

Hey friends

I have a strange phenomenon in the car that I was very happy to diagnose because I am afraid it is a serious problem.

my car is lexus is300h model 2016 2AR Engine, the car traveled 47845 miles.

Only when I shift gear to N do I suddenly hear strange noises from the dashboard area that probably originated from the engine.
When I open the hood and put a hand on the engine I feel it not working normally, feel like it is shaking every few seconds and stops and shakes again and then stops.

It must be noted that when I shift into P or D gear the phenomenon disappears. Appears only when I engage gear N.

Anyone encountered the phenomenon? Know how to help me understand what could be the source of the problem?

Sorry maybe for the misspelling I use Google Translate

Thank you!!

Sorry, I missed it in your original post. Maybe it needs new plugs.

You did not miss I edited after you asked

anyway, i thought about it... but if it was a problem with the plugs as you said the phenomenon would also happen in D or P gear would not it?

Motor mounts possibly. Not many miles on the car though. I would have a mechanic check it out. Hopefully others will chime in.

I raised the vehicle and tried to figure out where the noise was coming from.
I noticed a somewhat strange phenomenon, I saw that the drive shaft seems to be moving or trying to turn even though the gear is on neutral.
What is certain is that the noise is due to what you see in the video.

Attaching a video might help to understand where the fault is coming from.

thanks.
