IS axed in Australia due to new pole test safety standard. Well that sux!

 

I thought Australians rode kangaroos around, and folks who drive go in reverse when they press the gas pedal. Weird, mate.

Soon the IIHS is releasing side impact 2.0. I've been doing "underground" research on it. The current Camry/Lexus ES/Avalon platform is about to emerge in a superstar in a very severe side collision test. Accord did "Acceptable." A lot of cars will fail... some automakers will be embarrassed. Delayed by covid some, but coming soon.
