Is there a master thread somewhere for "how much did you pay?" Or "price under MSRP"

if there is I can't find it

Unfortunately there isn't a master thread as such, but there are a couple threads where people have asked the question for specific vehicles/years.

Welcome to the forum. Keep in mind that it will vary a lot based on the region, your ability to negotiate, the recurring purchases you made, hence relationship built with the dealer. A new customer will never have the same perks as a person who bought several vehicles for example, so always compare apple to apple eventhough it it will be very hard to do.

My 2 cents

 

I read that the IS 350 F Sport is selling well and the IS 300 is not. I can tell you that COVID related supply shortages made it really tough to negotiate the purchase of a 2021 IS350 F Sport at the end of last month. There was no inventory in any dealers near by, little deliveries, and a cloudy allocation picture. I actually had to hop a flight to buy mine.

I negotiated a little over 7% off of MSRP (Including a $2k factory incentive). In the end, I thought the price was fair considering the market. I also probably paid higher because I didn't want to settle on colors/options and didn't want to wait until a supply/demand correction.
