Default Coolant Overflow Issues

I always had pink crust issues around the cap since since I bought the car new almost 4 years and 32k miles ago. Recently it has gotten much worse and sprayed from the overflow tube all over the fan shroud. Took the car in last service and they held the car for a day, cleaned everything up, drove it and let it idle for a while and no drip. Drove the car over the weekend and now theres a little drip mark from the tube again.

Having the dealer look it again but idk how involved they are, they thought the issue was an major coolant leak which I really doubt because the car doesn't run hot at all. They said they called Lexus corporate who were the ones that said to clean it all up, give the car back to me and tell me to call back if the issue came again.

I will have them look at it again this week, but wondering if any of yall had a similar issue and what ended up fixing it.

Then new drip after service visit.

My 2015 fsport does something similar. It doesn’t spray all over the fan and radiator, but there is a pink crust around the filler neck. I clean it every time I wash the car (~once a week), but it always comes back. The dealer claims it is normal, and my coolant level hasn’t been noticeably affected, so it seems fine.
