Default DISC Error after Battery died

Hey guys. My battery died, so I charged it and started the car - everything works fine, but my audio source defaults to DISC now and it makes a weird noise like it's trying to eject or read a disc and it gives me a "DISC ERROR" on the screen.

Has anyone had this problem before?

I have also tried to disconnect the battery, waited 15 minutes and reconnected it. The system loads and audio source is off and everything looks fine, But after I shut the car off and turn it back on. The disc problem comes back.
I have removed the radio and checked if any connections were loose, but they all seem connected.

Tried to put a disc in as well. It tries to read the disc and then nothing happens, no music starts to play.

Is there a fuse for this that I can replace? If so, where? The radio is working perfectly fine besides the "DISC ERROR" I am getting. Tempted to try and open up the radio and see if I can clean the disc area/find anything stuck in there.

Thanks!

EDIT: Fixed the issue. Looks like the previous owner inserted a parking ticket into the CD player. I have removed it and it is working perfect again.

By far the best fix I’ve seen in a forum.

Sadly I have had this same experience at two different Lexus dealerships. I don't know what is going on but these places a damaging the brand. But here is the real kicker. I purchased a used 2019 ES in early 2020 from a BMW Dealership in Southern California. And even though I was not buying a BMW, I was treated like a king and it actually gave me pause to think "Maybe I should be open to switching from a long time Lexus fan to a BMW fan"
