I hit a pretty deep pothole at night on a street without lights in March and ended up filing a claim with my city to cover damages. My front driver side rim was very visibly bent and that same impact caused premature failure of my wheel bearing. A friend of mine has a GS and he also has a (less) bent rim and failing wheel bearing. Luckily because my claim was through the city I didn't end up paying out of pocket. His 2018 GS is still under warranty and even though our bearings were making the exact same noise his dealership refuses to replace his wheel bearing since they insist the bent rim is the only damage and that is not under warranty. All that to say the same impact that bent your rim most likely affected your bearing and as long as the dealership can pin damages to that bent rim don't expect them to replace it under warranty. You could go through your insurance company depending on how much you mind a claim and how much your deductible would be but I'd say it's better to avoid that.

Default Final update

Alright folks, final update here nearly 3 weeks later. After playing phone tag with Lexus, we finally came to a resolution. Had to explain the whole situation to my case manager, who then called the service manager at my dealer. After that they called me and said that after talking to the service manager, they decided they would cover the repair as a goodwill gesture.
