Does the Lexus IS cigarette port draw power when the car is off?

It's a Schumaker SP1286 3 amp charger so it does a pretty good job

If you have the 3-wire kit, don't use the power outlet for the ACC wire(yellow), it will drain your battery.

What do u mean 3 wire kit? I only have a black and red clamp connections..... to the battery.

3 wire kit for what?

3 wire kit for what?

To be able to enable parking mode without discharging your battery. It also comes a voltage selector switch which most 2-wire kit didn't have.

Not sure what that dash cam has to do with it?

I've unplugged my dash cam and radar detector and battery is still draining so it was either my helix amp or the android 10.25" screen I upgraded. I updated the firmware on it today so waiting to see if the battery keeps draining after this.
