Fuel pumps (RECALL) are all the same part number

Hi everyone, I have been looking up the fuel pump part numbers on many of the models that have been recalled (ex: 2014 GS350) and the fuel pump is the same pump that is on my 2016 IS300 but a recall for mine has not been issued. Not sure what the strategy is here, I am sure replacing millions of fuel pumps is a logistical nightmare, especially with the supplier having to try and produce all of these fuel pumps with the fix. This must have been in the works for years. If the same fuel pump is in the 2014 GS350 then they will have to recall mine as well at some point, wouldn't you think?

The part is probably serialized and the bad batches due to manufacturing or supplier quality issues were identified, which determines the target recall vehicles
