Check SRS airbag system
It really depends what the code is. Usually airbag codes need to be cleared with a scan tool...but having said that they usually only come on when there is significant problem that requires repair.
You could try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes (at least), but I doubt it will clear the code.
Any chance you have something to read the code?
if not, might I suggest this: It's $23 on Amazon and you can download several free apps to work with it...like Carscanner.
I've used it on my Highlander and it checks for codes in all the systems, and you can clear the codes too.

I'm almost positive there was a recall on this somewhere so if it comes back after clearing it, after ECU reset and after checking all the fuses, I'd go to Lexus SC and have them check but hopefully it won't go that far.
