Default No audio on my 4x4 shop android system

So I recently bought the 4x4shop infotainment system for my 2015 is 250 sedan. I bought it because my system had crapped out (Screen said please take to dealership). When it finally arrived I installed it only to find out I also needed to replace the radio CD receiver part as well which was almost impossible to find.... Finally found it across the country at carcone in ontario (I live in alberta).

Fast forward to me receiving the part and installing it. I have sound/radio/gps again when I use the lexus factory system but when I switch over to the android system I get no sound. Is there a setting that I am missing?? Before I put the working raido CD receiver part I had no sound/gps/access to the original system. It just said please take to dealership. Also before when I turn the volume there would be zero sound. Now when im in android mode it will make static white noise when i go really high volume.

Did anyone buy this android infotainment system and have a similar problem? Any help would be great!!

First you need to switch to AUX on Lexus side. still no sound you may have to short two ground wires together like this. It fixed for me I also had no sound when I first installed it.

Using AUX also gives me a lot of static, I just use the "bluetooth" option from the factory side as it gives me the clearest sound, without having to cut up wires

Problem with Bluetooth is you cannot hear any navigation sound from CarPlay or Siri just music. I didn’t have to cut wire I just used breadboard wire with pins just inserted from the back of connector harness.
