I have a base 2017 IS200T and am looking to do the F Sport front end conversion (front grill & vents) . I’ve heard everything should be plug and play? I know the vents require cutting but what exact parts do I need to make it work? I appreciate any help!

The entire front bumper on the F Sport is a different piece with a different part number. Ideally, you would just replace the whole assembly. I've never heard of someone "cutting" anything to on F Sport grille conversions. Having said that, visually, it's hard to distinguish the two grilles when it comes to the dimensions. I just keep seeing "For models with F Sport package" on the parts I find. So you may want to look into whether replacing the bumper cover is necessary.
