Shorted out car on accident - PLEASE Help!

Yes

I had the car towed to Sewell Lexus and all they could find wrong was a 80 amp fuse blown (wasn't told which one or where it was located). The tech claimed he looked around in that grommet/loom as best as could and could find no wires frayed. Car has be running 100% fine ever since. They charged me around $170 total.

Pretty much turned out as the best case scenario for me, I was so relieved!
