If memory serves me right, my friend (mustang owner) told me those wheels are mainly used by the Mustang crowd. Its from one of their performance tuners like how BMW has Dinan that offers performance stuff.

Definitely a Mustang in the pic.
I believe the Mustang has the same bolt pattern as the IS, just a different hub bore size.
Having said that, the offsets they can run will be lower than the IS, so even is you get the same wheel, because the offset won't be the same, the final look won't be as concaved.
