Default Torn leather repair?

This is the leather near the cup holders where I rest my arm all the time. No idea how this happened. Maybe my arm weights too much? Anyway, does anyone know if you can fix this?

I personally have not done this repair myself. But people on the forums has used leather repair kits to fix tears like that.

Ask your Lexus used car dept who they use for repairs on cars they take in trade. Often they will share the name and contact with you. Pros do a good job for $75-100. Do it yourself is cheap but not often good, just OK. Or go to yelp and look up car upholstery repair or leather repair. There's an art to it.
