Default 2016 Lexus Is200T Fitment help

Hello I am a new member this is my very first post. I purchased some rims 19x11 JNC 010 5x114.3 25 all around and im not sure if I would be running into any problems. I am stock height for right now will i need to do any extra modifications to have these rims successfully installed.

Welcome to the forum.
Those are some cool wheels...I think that model is a Works replica...could be wrong though.

As for the size and offset they definitely will not fit your vehicle unfortunately.
If you're prepared to significantly modify all the fenders then you can make almost anything fit.

19x11 isn't going to fit in the front. Usually you'll see 19x9 in front and 19x9.5-10.5 in rear.

What If I was to run 19x9.5 +25 all around I shouldnt have any problems on stock height right.

Still won't fit...unless you're prepared to camber in all the wheels to make it fit.

Maybe if you can indicate what kind of setup you want and we can make some suggestions.
It seems like you want a square setup, and something wide.
If that's the case I would suggest:
19x8.5 +30 to +35, or
19x9.5 +38
