Has anyone used this? Good experiences or not?

I used it for the first time yesterday, and I probably won't again. The idea is they'll drop off a loaner at your place (work or home), and pick up your car.

Then when it's done they drop off your car and pick up the loaner.

The guys had great difficulty finding me, I had to drive all around looking for him. He had adjusted everything on the car. And it smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke when I got in it.

Plus it''s making clicking noises it didn't make before from the wheel area. I have a feeling they beat the heck out of it driving it to the dealer and back.

It could be because they rotated the tires, not sure.
