Default How to remove Headlight washer Bar ("nipples") 3IS 2014+

Hello guys,

I have the following question,
does anyone know if it is possible to take out the headlight washer bars (the sort of this no moving chrome "nipple" ), without removing the front bumper??
(3IS 2014)
Please write me if someone knows! Thanks a lot!

nothing is broken everything is fine with them, only I wanted (I made already) to put protective foil on the car and they could make it more beautiful if I would have take them out (but they made it beautiful, without taking them out)
