my is 300h 2014 Luxury model has developed a fault on the sat nav screen, its gone blank and i cannot pair my wifes mobile phone to the car cos i cannot see the instructions on the screen, can somebody help me, there must be a way of doing this other than using the screen on the car, i m very sad about this as the car is very expensive and this should not have happened, can you help me to pair my phone cheers Sam Email samangione@hotmail.co.uk

Hi Sam, sorry to hear this has happened.
Typically when this has occurred it is a fault within the radio, and usually requires replacement of the radio.

There are a few things you can try...
1. Disconnect the 12V battery for a minimum of 10 minutes, reconnect, and restart the vehicle
2. If No. 1 doesn't work, then disconnect the battery again, remove the micro SD card from the slot in front the shifter, reconnect the battery, and restart the vehicle. Hopefully the screen comes on, and when it's done booting up, then insert the micro SD card.

Unfortunately once the screen is blank there is no way to pair the phone.
