Hey guys, I have a 2016 is350 f sport AWD (not sure if details matter here) that I've had for 2 months and I just got the enform remote subscription for the winter a few days ago. Now the app will unlock and lock the car, but it will not start the car, which is the main reason I got it. Now I don't have very strong cell service at my house where I've tried it, maybe 2 bars, so I thought I can at least try starting it on the fob using the sequence of hitting the lock twice and holding it down on the third time. THAT doesn't work either, so I am really confused here as to why the app will work for locking and unlocking, but it wont work for starting the car, nor will the key fob. I've tried both the lexus enform remote app, and the lexus app. On the remote app I end up getting an error that says "THIS168" which I can't find anything on. The lexus app just gives a general error.

The other odd thing is that the mileage on the Lexus app is correct, but the fuel level is not, it's showing half a tank after I just filled it up. It also shows a picture of a regular is350, not an f sport.

Looking for any ideas/help

so for the key fob i’ve found that you have to hit it twice really fast. like it you hear two beeps it’s too slow. as for the enform id give them a call they were more than willing to help me trouble shoot.
