Default Wheel repair help!

Hi all, I have a 2015 is 250 f sport that has some marks on the rims. I have no idea how I got them. Or who did it but I wanted to see if anyone can point me the right direction. What can I use to repair this ? Or would I have to paint the rim ?

From here it looks like chemical stains from rim cleaner...but of course I'm sitting behind a monitor.
If it is there's nothing you can really do...it would be etched into the clear finish of the rim.

In case that is not it, I would try cleaning the rim with a sponge and dishwashing detergent to see if it can reduce or eliminate the stains. Maybe test it on one rim in a small area where the stains are the worst first.
