Default AWD Tire Specs question

I tried searching (and asking on another thread without success), but couldn't find this tire combo on an AWD IS3xx. Would 245/35R19 front and 275/30R19 rear work on an AWD? Anyone try it? Not asking about spacing, I'm relatively certain I can clear this without any issues, but wondering about the 1.2% difference in diameter between Front/Rear, which is slightly more than the 235/265 F/R combo I'm currently running. I know 235/275 would be fine since they are technically twins in diameter, but not sure about bumping up the front to 245. I seem to remember someone saying 2% and below shouldn't affect the AWD system. As for why, I want more sidewall protection front/back and not a fan of the slight stretch (to me, this is stretch) and how it exposes the wheels so much.
