The job in itself was estimated to be roughly 4-6 hours. So I left my car there the entire day. I paid $600 for installation (I have an is350 f sport AWD) of the f sport springs (Brand new for close to $300 with shipping). I also purchased the lifetime alignment from firestone for $190. All in to lower my car on springs was close to $800 excluding cost of springs-> still cheaper than the dealership and the guys did a good job. Had i known it was that steep for labor I probably would've shopped around a bit more, but what's done is done. Happy with end results regardless!

The 3IS is a pain in the ain from what I've heard so I would settle for anything below $400 if I were you! also if it helps, I live in Boston so overall costs may be a bit higher here, but I'm no expert lol

wow thanks for this great info for sure! That lifetime alignment deal is great idea.

BY the way I didn't think the F Sport Springs worked the AWD?

F Sport Springs do work with the AWD system. They actually were never proven to be NOT compatible with the AWD system since the F sport springs themselves were not widely advertised. There are a number of 3IS owners who have put on f sport springs on the stock AWD suspension systems. I chose them over RSR downs since I wanted a more comfy stock ride with a drop to close wheel gap rather than the "slammed" look. Also since it is a lexus part, firestone wouldn't be able to argue that they couldn't do the alignment since it's not aftermarket -> I read somewhere hear that some places may try to say the lifetime alignment may be void with aftermarket springs/lowering so that is also why I went with the F sport springs.
