Default USB ports not working?

My USB ports stopped working. Checked the forum and I’m a bit confused, there is no fuse? It’s in the back of the stereo? Has anybody had to get theirs fixed? Will I finally get to use my extended warranty???

The USB ports are connected directly to the radio, so basically they are fused through the radio, but the radio won't have an internal fuse, it just uses the existing radio fuses.
If the USB ports aren't working, check to see if the AUX port still works.
Basically it can only be 1 of 3 things...the USB port assembly, the harness between the Ports and the Radio, or the Radio.
If your radio if functioning fine, then likely all the fuses are ok.

I had mine fixed a few times. Had the port itself replaced and that did not fix it. Then they replaced the radio since it was the cause. If it's your radio, hope you have warranty to cover it like i did.

Yea I have the platinum extended warranty. Going to test my auxiliary port as sasnuke suggested.

Was your radio functioning fine when that happened?
