Default Trunk liner hole

I recently bought a 2016 IS300 F sport and there is a tennis ball sized hole on the left side of the trunk liner which I can only assume was to fix a dent on the left rear quarter panel. What is the best way to get this fixed? Should I go to the dealer and see if they can fix it or go to a special shop that can fix it?

are you talking about the trunk plastic liner with cloth on the outside? should be able to get a new one from the parts store. or just cover it with fabric or tape if it bugs you that much.
