Default Slippery Brake/Accelerator Pedals

I've had my 2017 IS350 F-Sport for 8 months now and find that my feet keep slipping off the aluminum sport pedals on both the brake and gas. I've tried repositioning the seat and wheel but no success. I was thinking perhaps a rubberized pad cover, just something with more grip. Can't seem to find any of the these type pad covers online that are direct fit.
Any suggestions on solutions for this?

I'm not sure what would cause this to happen, as the F Sport pedals have rubber "dots" on them to help increase grip. Maybe just try cleaning the pedals?

I think alot of it has to do with the hard soles on the dress shoes I wear to work. They all have the hard bottoms that have the slippery feel on carpet.

Can't you just buy non f-sport pedal rubbers and slip them on (take the old ones off of course) and sell them on the forums (profit)

the rubbers should be dirt cheap. may even be universal with camry corolla etc.
