Default F Sport Intake

Hi guys, I have a 2018 IS350 AWD and planning to do the F Sport Intake. But dealer is telling me Lexus discontinue that for the 2018 model and can only do it for 2019 model. That’s sounds very odd as I don’t believe there are any major changes between the 2018 and 2019 model. It should be the same? The tech cannot confirm and saying they can order it for me but I will need to take the risk if it doesn’t fit. I can still return it but they will charge me 15-20% restocking fee. Could someone confirm the F sport intake would fit any current IS?
The car is under leased and I’m planning to return it when it is over. So just want to keep everything under OEM.

that is a pretty funny thing for the dealer to say... they should know that the car's engine hasn't changed in over 10 years!
