My display screen went black after replacing battery on my 2014 is250

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal again for 10 minutes and reconnecting it.
If that doesn't work, disconnect the negative terminal, remove the micro SD card from the slot in front the shifter.
Reconnect the battery and turn the ignition on, when the display prompts to insert the card, insert it and let the system boot up.
