I just installed injen intake . But when I try to rev it on park it wont go oast 4000 rmps is that normal?

 

I don't think I have ever seen my car rev past 4000RPM on park and I think it's because it's a small turbo that can't spool since you aren't taking in much air for it to spool up. Don't remember where I read this but I believe the car has some safety measures in place and since you aren't putting a load the engine doesn't want to go any higher?

 

Because if I put it on drive it goes past 4000rmps

 

I would hope the car can go pass 4000RPMs if you put it in drive cause the car needs to move...but I think your question had been answered before just can't find the original thread it was for a IS200T but same car just different look. Car isn't going to want to rev pass that in park.
