Is it profitable doing on swap in America? You have a760h transmission now, it will works super with a 2GR-FSE combo. But you will need to make some ECU tunes.

Yes it is possible. As for the train, the stock awd 6 speed auto will do. However, engine for the 3.5l do cost anywhere between 1k to 3k. As for the ECU tune, stock 350 ECU doesn't work? Sound like all you need is a stock tran+a decent engine from the is350 or gs350+a custom tune? Maybe rr racing tune here in the us. Since the body structure is the same, it should handle the engine weight fine, just add bigger brakes and suspension. Maybe wheels and decent tire. Am I correct?

All works well if u make right tune on ECU. No need to install ECU from 2GR-FSE: hardware remains the same.

I would think it would be easier with the 2GR ECU since the 4GR engine has 6 injectors, but the 2GR has 12 injectors.
The stock harness for the 2,5L shouldn't have connectors for ALL the injectors, unless you're only using the 6 port injectors now, and none of the direct injectors.

so stock 250 trans+350 engine+tune? What's the total cost for a project like this? Like Sasnuke said, the stock harness for the 2,5L shouldn't have connectors for all the injectors.
