Default Has anyone in the NJ area leased an IS lately?

My lease is up in October and I'm starting to look around. Everywhere I asked, dealers and brokers, is coming back with ridiculous prices. $2K out of pocket, 12K miles a year. $500 a month for a 300 or $530-$540 for a 350. That seems outrageous, no? Im paying $395 now.

I'm on the same boat as you. I made a thread about this a week ago as well.

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...residuals.html

In short, the residuals have dropped tremendously on these cars, meaning you are now paying a heavier depreciation on the car when leasing, meaning a higher monthly.

I currently pay around what you do too a month. and my new quote was 500 a month with 1k out of pocket for one with an MSRP of $45,500.

Makes no sense to me why Lexus would drop the residuals, doesn't help promote leasing.

Hope so, I'm going to extend my lease for a while and see what happens.

Just call Lexus Financial, and ask them for an extension.
