So I'm getting ready to turn in my lease this month. Anything I should be aware of, or any tips? Should I bother to clean it, wash it, fill up the gas tank? Will they nitpick about anything? I've already gone through an inspection with autovin and everything was good.

No need to do anything at all. Don't clean it, don't fill it with gas, nothing. Just drop it off :-) They are going to do all of that anyway.

If nothing came up in the inspection, the most I would do is a thorough scan of the whole car to make sure I don't leave any personal items in it, but you already know that I guess.

You've already taken care of the most important part getting the pre-inspection done by Autovin. Don't do anything else, just drop it off. But I would also take pictures of the exterior and interior at the dealer the moment you drop it off. The pre-inspection is only there to guide you ahead of time, but anything could have happened between then and now. They will inspect it again after turn-in and this is the only inspection that matters.
