Seems like a bit much. I had 2 3IS in the past and both were "cheaper" than that. I know the mileage plays a role and so does MSRP as well as money factor, but here are my numbers to compare.

I think it’s comparable to your 200T lease if you apply a 25% mark up for 50% more miles yearly.

Your lease with 25% mark up:
$360 * 36 months + $2k down = $14,960 * 1.25 = $18,700

OPs offer:
$425 * 36 months + $3.5k down = $18,800

 

I would not suggest taking in a $425 /mo debt obligation for a depreciating liability.

Look into a certified used Lexus with about 40k miles, and try to maximize your trade in value. I was able to get Lexus up $1000 on the trade in, but I still decided not to sell to them because it was worth $2500 more.
