ROWAN Rear Half Spoiler
Hey guys, Just wanted to see if anyone has purchased this rear half spoiler or have any information on it? I'm a new 2017 3IS (Ultra White) owner and i really want to do something with my rear bumper, but having a 17+ there isn't many options... (unless you do a rear conversion to the older years) Here's the link on where i found this.. http://www.rowen.co.jp/en/product/detail.php?id=149

super rice
looks like a tacky add on. like no thought went into it in consideration with the rest of the car. honestly the most i'd go is a 17+ diffuser swap and call it a day.

Not to detract from the topic at hand, but noticed this pic on the same site as linked above. Looks like the IS has 4 wheel steering?

I can agree with most of what you guys have said, and the price is really crazy (Over $800).
Does any one have a link on how to do the rear diffuser conversion to the previous years.. I tried searching it, and didn't find anything solid.

That's not necessarily an instructional but people in that thread are talking about getting them so they either might already have it planned or have already completed. I'm sure they can help.
Edit: Wait I just realized you want to retrofit not upgrade to the newer. Um, idk about that.

Hey Asuarez, I seem to be trying to help you everywhere today. Here's a more recent one: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-14-16-is.html

Rowen fitment and quality is very good. Not my favorite style, especially when their demo cars added a ton of graphics that seperate the lines of the body.
As for rear bumpers, I was under the impression 2014-2018 were identical besides the diffuser which was swappable?
BTW, someone on the 3IS facebook group is selling that diffuser.

The only reason the diffuser changed in 2017 is because the exhaust tips changed.
You could literally buy a OEM 2017+ exhaust (catback with mufflers and tips) and diffuser, and bolt it right onto a 2014-2016 IS.
If there is a 2014-2016 aftermarket diffuser you like, it will bolt right onto a 2017+...you just have to figure out if it will clear the exhaust tips. If you already have an aftermarket exhaust on you 2017+, then likely this is not an issue any longer.

The diffuser fitment from 2014-2018 is exactly the same. The mounting on the vehicle is no different.
