Default Rattle noise when driving slow. Is this normal?

Hello all,
My 2015 IS 250 F-sport is having a rattle noise under the car when driving slow (<30mph) in the parking lot or in the city. Its like something touching another part when the terrain is not flat and bumpy.
Perhaps the rattle is also present when I drive on the high way as well but the engine rpm overcome the rattle noise.
I took the vehicle to a Lexus dealer but they could not duplicate the noise. My 2015 IS 250 is still under basic warranty.

I went under the vehicle and tried to figure out the loosing parts but could not find anything. But I noticed these parts doesn't look right. They are next to the suspension and I think they are for the power-steering. Does any one know they are in normal shape and position or not?

Thank you for any input.

It sounds like you are holding a no-battery pendel clock and flip it left to right. The noise is clearly noticeable when driving on bumpy road in low speed.
I brought my vehicle to the Lexus dealer 2 times already but they could not locate where the sound comes from.

your sway bar end links look fine. check the usual suspects: brake rotor heat shield--make sure it's not touching the rotor at all and has good clearance, at least 3-5mm.

with the car on jack stands, rotate the wheels and listen for noise. Also check wheel bearings and tie rod play. Check any other heat shields under the car.

Check loose items in the engine bay.

it's hard to diagnose sounds on the internet. if you can make a video of the sound that would help too.

if it is consistent, you should check the exhaust hangers, heat shields, loose panels, or even loose engine mount. If not, it could be suspension related issue.
