Put 2017 IS front bumper on 2016 bumper?

Put 2017 IS front bumper on 2016 bumper?
Hi guys, I have a 2016 Lexus IS 200T F-Sport. I want to replace the Front bumper with the 2017 IS bumper. Does anyone know if you can do it without cutting? Has anyone done this before? thx
