Default Best brand for touch up paint for Ultra White 083?

I know the paint has 3 layers (color, glass flakes and clear coat) but most I found only offer 2 bottles (color and clear coat). The OEM one from the dealer seems to have a slight yellow tint to it after you have it on for awhile.

I got OEM Lexus. It comes in two bottles, the white and the clear coat with flakes.

Matches well.

FYI , lexus 083,,, come in two bottle ,one is 083 BC (this is the white base ) and the 083 ( this the metalic coat,) for some reason this is not clear, so when paint over the 083BC it turn a yellow white ,, not white anymore,, so this would never ever match the original paint color with the metalic , since it not clear with metalic

Agreed. You really have to look close to see where the touch up area is

Would that explain why my bumper doesn't match? I recently took it in to repair a minor scrape and it turned out like this on the side of the scrape ? They say it's because the plastic bumper vs metal on the body. I was livid and regret ever taking it in.

Hard to tell from that picture, but I had my front bumper replaced and when they did the paint job there’s 3 layers to it the base white and metallic flakes that gives it shine then finally clear coat. If you look real up close you should see super tiny like glitter. That’s the best way I can describe it. Shouldn’t matter if it’s metal or plastic you probably got burnt.

I can see the glitter but the whole thing seems off like a warm white vs a cool white, I'm not sure if they skipped a layer but that seems likely.
