Probably. My one concern with this unit is eventual lag 2-3-4yrs down the road. I guess we can always switch it out with another unit eventually, upgraded version.

I haven't tested the USB plugin, I'll test and report. I'm going to lunch in about 2 hours so will bring my USB cable with me and test. I will let you know on the USB Cable. I my just keep it underneath the dash right were the screen is. I did that on my GTI without any issues.

It is, when I spoke with them yesterday the guy told me we are getting a car in tomorrow and will be recording a install video with it.

Just spoke with 4x4 about my backup camera cable. It looks like they had all the same issues I had and I will have to wait two weeks for it as they used the last one they had on your car as it had the same issue. Also just so you know they said they will most likely be posting their installation video next week. FYI there is a whole on the back of the glove box to run the USB cable through.

Well, I got mine completed. This thing is fabulous! I'm still going to play with it and figure everything out but so far I'm loving it. I'll post some pictures later.

Btw, I don't think they used my car for an install video, he never mentioned it to me and it took 2hrs. Apparently it would take 3hrs or so if they did the video.

I believe it's 150$. But I'm not sure, I think it's a flat price and everything is included + taxes.

I get it, after I realized I had to take the entire center console off I became hesitant but like I said I have replaced several head units in the past so it wasn't as bad. Biggest issue was that no instructions were included, so it was trial and error. Luckily 4x4 has great support.
